- Most Devils and Fiends have killed people and/or zombies
- The Snake Devil beat and controlled the Ghost Devil
- Katana Man, Bomb Girl and Quanxi beat Aki and Hybrid Denji, nearly killing both

Scaling
Homelander
As you should know by now, Homelander is the strongest and most resilient Supe in the world. There's zero question that he scales above every other human and Supe in terms of strength and durability. His powers coming from Soldier Boy's genetic material also means he gained certain abilities from him, which should be dramatically heightened. The main exception are his dad's radiation powers, as they came from Russian experimentation. Even so, Homelander scales above their raw power, with him being vulnerable to their radiation specifically (See Weaknesses).
However, while faster than nearly all of them, he's pretty clearly slower than A-Train, only catching him due to a distraction. By extension, this means the few Supes more comparable to A-Train in speed would be faster than Homelander too. Nonetheless, he can keep pace with them, so downscaling is still possible.
- Black Hole has a quantum singularity for a butthole (Inapplicable, See Before the Verdict)
- Victoria Neuman was basically unharmed by acid
- Nubian Prince and Nubia having sex created a small thunderstorm (Inapplicable, See Before the Verdict)
- Groundhawk dodged Nubia's electricity (Supersonic+, See Before the Verdict)
- The Deep said he could
solo every characterswim 2 miles under the ocean and in the Mariana Trench (Wall level, Debatable) - Translucent survived getting shocked with enough electricity to "drop a water buffalo", despite his carbon skin being highly conductive
- Stormfront can "fling" a Boeing 747 (Likely Class M Lifting Strength and Wall level+)
- Ryan flew from Russia to New York City (At least Hypersonic+, possibly Sub-Relativistic)
- Soldier Boy has...
- partially resisted Mindstorm's mind control, though he was still susceptible
- Created miniature nuclear blasts (Up to Large Building level)
- These explosions come from inside him and are explicitly things he tanks
- A-Train has...
- claimed he outran bullets as a kid (At least Supersonic, Debatable)
- has a top recorded speed of 379 m/s (Transonic)
- been stated to run so fast he covers all of Manhattan in 30 minutes (At least Supersonic)
- claimed he could cover all of New York City in 3 hours (At least Supersonic+)
- viewed Starlight's electric blasts in slow motion (Outlier, See Before the Verdict)
- ran so fast the world seemed still around him, including an M4's bullet and muzzle flash (At least Sub-Relativistic+, possibly Relativistic+, See Before the Verdict)
Makima
As a Horseman and the Control Devil, Makima is one of the most powerful Devils in existence. Even the likes of Quanxi was shown to be outclassed by Makima on a physical level, Devil form or not. Add in her 1-on-1 battle with weakened Pochita - who perfectly masqueraded as Hybrid Chainsaw Man - and there should be zero question about scaling Makima to Devil Hunters, Fiends, and most Devils.
Keyword there: most.
To take on the Chainsaw Devil, Makima needed the help of many other powerful Devils. On Earth, he additionally had to be weakened by being made into a hero. In Hell, she worked with even more powerful allies, yet couldn't truly pin him down. With Pochita dominating Makima and her Hybrids prior to external weakening, she cannot be physically scaled to Chainsaw Man at his full power in either battle.
There is an exception though: her telekinesis. It made both him and the Darkness Devil bleed, who were both above Makima normally. That makes it perfectly reasonable to scale this ability to most of their AP and durability feats.
See the keyword again?
Later in Chainsaw Man Part 2, Hybrid Denji alone becomes similarly feared to aging and sickness. The Aging Devil alone is a Primal Fear, who Pochita was previously comparable to while far less feared. Thus, the Chainsaw Devil's full power would scale far above his Part 1 self, meaning Makima cannot be scaled to his Part 2 feats.
As for the Gun Devil...it's more complicated, so that will be saved for Before the Verdict.
Physical Stats
- Denji has survived a rocket launcher and explosion from Reze (Wall level)
- Power swung a hammer of blood larger than herself (Class 5 Lifting Strength, Small Building level)
- Long, the Dragon Fiend blocked bullets (Supersonic)
- The Fox Devil smashed through part of a building (Small Building level)
- The Bat Devil destroyed most of a building (Building level, duh)
- The Typhoon Devil has...
- smashed through a building (Building level, duh)
- created a city-wide storm (Town level to Large Town level, See Before the Verdict)
- While mimicking Hybrid Denji, Pochita threw a chunk of the ground (Class 100 Lifting Strength)
Telekinesis
- Pochita withstood tossing his heart from orbit to Earth (Town level)
- The Falling Devil reversed gravity around the world, causing cave-ins, rockslides and national recessions (Inapplicable, See Before the Verdict)
Support
No new feats to mention here, but it's important to clarify who scales to what. Average Devil Hunters should still be comparable to Denji, who is an ordinary human. Fiends are typically comparable to each other, as are Devils and Hybrids. Quanxi scales far above the rest via blitzing and easily overwhelming Hybrid Denji. Only Makima scales to her feats.
Weaknesses
Homelander
You'd think that being the world's deadliest man and immortal would leave you with very few weakspots, but for Homelander, it's actually the opposite. He can't see through zinc with his X-ray vision, and his super-senses can be overtaxed through intense stimuli. Extreme radiation severely debiliated him prior to taking V-One, and it still limits his powers to some extent. V-One made him highly resistant - largely fine in rooms of enriched uranium - but not immune, leading to his ultimate depowerment by a mini-nuke's radiation.
But really, The Boys would've never been able to take advantage of these chinks in the armor if not for one massive flaw: Homelander's own mind. Despite his charisma and cunning, Homelander is not only extremely arrogant - to the point he legitimately believes in being the God - but rather susceptible to manipulation himself. Even his grand vision of ruling the world as God was just a manifestation of the one thing he desires most: approval. Even if it's by force, torture and carnage, he wants the compliments and love John never got as a child. This additionally manifested a major Oedpius complex; women have repeatedly got him under their thumb via playing mother, especially effective when...providing milk.
Aside from the sociopathy and mommy issues, Homelander frequently hallucinates visions of himself and others when emotionally distraught. Even putting that aside, the pain of John's torturous youth haunts him, especially when confronted with a familiar scenario and pain. That last one's something he's not used to as an adult, having gone decades without a real challenge barring some select few Supes.
Makima
Even as one of the most powerful Devils of all time, Makima isn't without vulnerabilites. Like all Devils, most of her abilities are reliant on both blood and fear of her concept. For her Fiends and Hybrids, their Devil forms require a steady supply of blood to be maintained.
As previously discussed, her Control can be broken out of with a good ol' anime flashback right in the feels, but this is pretty incidental. Even then, she's been able to reapply it against the Angel Devil.
Ignoring the theoretical weaknesses Denji suggested for her Contract with the Prime Minister, it still has limits. More severe wounds take longer to recover from, and she was put down for good after being sliced, cooked and eaten by Denji. But considering how much extra leeway it gives her in the first place, this isn't really a flaw with the ability.
Truth be told, Makima's biggest weakness is her own god complex. Being basically immortal and able to perfectly control everyone around you means she doesn't take most situations too seriously. Granted, that's sometimes because she set them up to begin with, but she hardly goes for the kill or Control immediately. Her legion is summoned only if viewed as neccessary, and she's willing to take lethal blows before retaliating. Plus, being so sure of herself means that upon feeling like victory's achieved, she'll let her guard down. That basically cost her the win against Denji, directly leading to her death.
